CANCELLATIONS
For all scheduled cleans, RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc., will assess a 50% charge (based on agreed job cost) for all cancellations done with less than 24 hours before the agreed job start time. This includes not having access to your home on the scheduled day of cleaning. Access to your home is based on the arranged agreement between you and RAIN &Company Cleaning Services.
CLEANING SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT
RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc. will provide the tools, cleaning solutions and equipment necessary to clean your home or office space. We use a range of products,inclusive of environmentally friendly products, to get the job done. If you prefer the use of environmentally friendly products only, please let us know. We want to ensure that you are satisfied not only with the service we provide but also with the products we use.
However, we do ask that you provide the toilet brush and a steps tool to reach high areas that need to be cleaned.
OUR GUARANTEE
At RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc. we utilize our seventy-seven (77) point checklist to ensure that we deliver to you what we promised. If you are dissatisfied,please let us know within 24 hours (the provision of proof would be helpful) and we will make arrangements to remedy the situation at no additional cost to you. If you are present when the job is complete,please do the post clean inspection with the cleaners to remedy any issues immediately. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the service that we provide, and we will go the extra mile to accomplish this. That is our guarantee.
SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES
RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc. values the safety of our clients and likewise that of our employees. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove our employees from you home or office if the environment becomes unsafe. If any such situation occurs, the above cancellation policy will apply.For your information, we do not advise our employees to lift items/furnishings that are in excess of thirty (30) lbs. If any such item needs to be removed/shifted please do it in advance or let us know beforehand so that we can make the necessary plans to do so if possible.
PETS
At RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc. we do consider our company to be animal friendly, however we are cognizant of the fact that some of our furry family members (particularly dogs) can be protective/aggressive at times and can pose a danger to the cleaners. If you have any such animal, we recommend that they be secured for the duration of the cleaning. We reserve the right to remove the employee from any environment in which they feel unsafe dueto your pet.
BROKEN ITEMS
If there are any accidental damages that occur while RAIN& Company Cleaning Services Inc. is cleaning your home of office, we will work with you to fix it. Please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. Anything after that time frame we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We do encourage you to put away any item away that may be of high value. If there are any items in your home that you do not wish for us to clean due to their high value, please let us know in our initial meeting.
GROUT AND CAULKING
We do not take responsibility for the restoration to severely worn or mildew- stained grouting. We will do our best to clean such within reason (No floors included).
EXCREMENTS
RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc. is not responsible for the cleaning of any human or pet excrements such as feces, vomit, or blood.
ARRIVAL TIME
Our policy at RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc. is to arrive at your home or office within one hour of the time agreed upon. If there are factors that prevents us from arriving in that time frame such as the weather etc., we do apologize and will contact you as possible to inform you of our updated arrival time. If for any reason we cannot make it to your home, we will contact you and reschedule your clean.

At RAIN & Company Cleaning Services Inc., we accept payment via the following methods: Cash, Cheque and E-Transfer.
